400m Farmers Carry 70#/50# as a team
1200m Run as a team

*one team member starts at wall balls the others wait until he or she is done. Once 1st team member moves on to kettlebell swings next member moves to wall balls. Team members must wait until person in front of them completes their movement before advancing. The 400m carry is done as a team taking turns through out the 400m carrying the weight. The 1200m run is also done as a team.

1 mile Run


Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run.
This can be done in partners. We will run heats every 30 minutes until we're done.


In memory of Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, 29, of Patchogue, N.Y., who was killed in Afghanistan June 28th, 2005.
This workout was one of Mike's favorites and he'd named it "Body Armor". From here on it will be referred to as "Murph" in honor of the focused warrior and great American who wanted nothing more in life than to serve this great country and the beautiful people who make it what it is.
Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run.

Had a great time at regionals. Saw some of you out in the stands. If you get a chance go to http://games.crossfit.com to check out some of the action from this weekend. Met a lot of different trainers and box owners. It was a great overall experience.

This weekend is the CrossFit Regionals competition. If you get a chance try to come out and see some of CrossFit's elite athletes compete to go to the CrossFit games in California. The competition start Friday morning and goes through Sunday at Navy Pier. You can come to anyone of the 3 days. It's a great time.
