Getting Started

CrossFit 1013
To get started at CrossFit 1013, please schedule your free consultation/intro to CrossFit by clicking on the TRY US tab to the right.  During the intro class, you'll undergo a warm-up, a skills session, and a short CrossFit workout.  We'll also answer any additional questions you may have about our facility and our program at that time.

Should you then decide that CrossFit is right for you, you're ready to attend our CrossFit 1013 sessions.  There are 2 versions of the workouts each day. An "A" version and a "B" version. The "A" version of the workout is for new people who are learning the movements and getting to know how CrossFit works. The "A" version is also for people who have been out of doing any physical activity for a long time and need time to develop endurance.

The "B" version is for experienced CrossFitters that have demonstrated they can do movements properly and handle the workload. Depending on the athlete there will also be modified versions on "A" and "B".
