For Time:
30 Wall Balls 20#/14#
30 Kettlebell swings 70#/55#
30 ABMAT sit ups
30 Box Jumps 24"/20"
400m Farmers Carry 70#/50# as a team
1200m Run as a team
*one team member starts at wall balls the others wait until he or she is done. Once 1st team member moves on to kettlebell swings next member moves to wall balls. Team members must wait until person in front of them completes their movement before advancing. The 400m carry is done as a team taking turns through out the 400m carrying the weight. The 1200m run is also done as a team.
