A: EMOM Rotating after 3 rounds:
1:00 - 3:00 = 8 Ring Rows
4:00 - 6:00 = 2 Clean + 2 Front Squat
7:00-9:00 = 15 Kettlebell Swings
10:00 - 12:00 = 10 Burpees

B: EMOM Rotating after 5 rounds:
1:00 - 5:00 = 8 Chest to bar Pull up
6:00 - 10:00 = 2 Clean + 2 Front Squat 135#/95
11:00-15:00 = 15 Kettlebell Swings 55#/35#
16:00 - 20:00 = 10 Double Burpee
