I hope today's WOD doesn't deter you from coming in. It is a good benchmark to have. I think you should all get one of these under your belt.
With the first day of Spring being tomorrow that mean we will be out there running again soon and we will be rowing less. So lets get this one under our belt for the year. Remember part of CrossFit is working on our weaknesses.
