I'm noticing some of you have not taken advantage of registering on our RSVP section of the website. If you haven't try it. It's a pretty cool little feature that allows you to look at your benchmarks that we record for you in the gym. It also allows you to enter in any kind of work you do outside of the gym. This is a better alternative to keeping track of your stuff on another site or a notebook.
