Day 23 Paleo Challenge

Almost there everyone. Day 23. Keep going. Remember get back on the wagon if you fell off this weekend.
 
 
Strength/Skill
Turkish Get Ups 3-3-3-3-3
 
WOD
A:
"Tabata Something Else HALF"
Complete 16 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where
the first 4 intervals are pull-ups,
the second 4 are push-ups,
the third 4 intervals are sit-ups, and finally,
the last 4 intervals are squats.
There is no rest between exercises.
 
B:
"Tabata Something Else"
Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where
the first 8 intervals are pull-ups,
the second 8 are push-ups,
the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally,
the last 8 intervals are squats.
There is no rest between exercises.

Denise, last time you did this you got 305 total reps using a green band for your pull ups. You need to try and beat that today.
