30 burpees over the bar
30 Hang Power Cleans 115#/80#
30 Warrior Sit Ups
400m Run
1st team member starts on the rower. Other wait. When the member gets to the hang power cleans the next member can start the row and so on. Time team is done when all 3 members are back from the 400m run.
