Prayers go out to the victims and their families at the Boston Marathon. We are happy to say Lupe and Monica are both fine.

B: "Barbara" 3 Rounds
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats
Rest precisely three minutes between each round. Time each round.
