NEW HOURS COMING in OCTOBER! - we
will be adding a 6:45am session and 9am session Monday, Tuesday,
Thursday and Friday starting in October. Look out for start dates. Tell those friends that would
only be able to come in on those times. They'll have a reason to start
up.

WOD B: 65#, was only able to get a couple TTB, the majority were knees to elbows. Still have to work on stringing these together. Cleans were mostly singles, front squats were 12-8, dead lifts unbroken.

Nice job Cristina. It took me 15:59 at RX. That was a bit heavy and my toes too bar are not the fastest.
