Day 8 Paleo Challenge

If you're in the challenge and have not sent in your picture please do so as soon as you can.

A little gut check today. How was everyone's weekend? Did you find it hard to stick to your diet? Did you try to plan out meals throughout the week? Weekends are the toughest. Once you get past them, the week is easier. Remember this is the second week so you're probably still feeling the bad effects of ridding your body of all that crap. 

Good job to those that did the benchmark WOD's last week. Back to normal this week.

I felt an energy dip during today's WOD. Also, I haven't lost any weight and my body composition doesn't seem to have changed. The biggest difference for me is that inflammation has gone down, which is huge. My knee doesn't bother me, and my shoulder feels a lot better. Was not 100% over the weekend in terms of diet. I had martinis on Friday, which led to 2 McDoubles afterwards. I don't feel bad about it at all, and the next day I got right back on the horse. Been paleo since Friday, and all the time before then. Feeling good.

Monty brings out a good point. If you fall off just get back on as soon as possible.
