Does anybody else feel a bit unpleasantly full after eating vegetables?? That has always happened to me just wondering if the digestive system ever gets used to when they first enter? Fyi......promise no more sugar free red bulls, Liliana :):).
You should get used to it. If not it could be a specific veggie that might not agree with your system. Try eliminating certain ones to find out which one it is.
