A: 9-7-5 reps of
Snatch (power or squat)
Pull Ups (with bands or ring rows)
B: 15-9-6 reps of
Squat Snatch 115#/65#
Chest to Bar Pull Ups
(if your form starts to diminish, trainer will slow you down)
