Groupon buyers to start your
sessions please click on the "COMING?" tab to the left and RSVP for an open
class. On your first visit bring your Groupon and arrive 10 minutes before the
class starts to get registered, Thank you.

I will start posting tips here and there on the website that pertain to CrossFit 1013. Tips can be on anything from the websit use to nutrition to doing your workouts. Hopefully they can come of some use to you.
Tip for today: This is more like a suggestion. One thing that's cool about CrossFit is that CrossFit is a community. It is always good to share your CrossFit experience with oithers in the gym that have experienced your pain and sense of accomplishements on different WODs. One way to do so, aside from sharing your WOD results at the gym right after the workout, is to also do it on the website through the comments section below. Please feel free to post your times and loads to comments for others to see and even discuss. Even comment on what part of the workout you hated the most, or had the most trouble with or even what you did like about the WOD. Chances are there are others in the gym that experienced the same thing.

Lol! Not at all actually! Still cant say i love pull ups! But breathing through bench pressing is def a good thing:)
