Hahaha...we get what you mean. I did it at 5:30 AM ....yes I'm a little crazy like that! It was a good one. Miriam was saying at noon, "one more min of that and I think I would have started to see stars." She's so cute! =)

Hey! I'm here :) lol yeah another minute and I would have to go SLOW! Just a tip for any "A" people:
After your pull up don't turn around and jump off the box. Instead step backwards off of the box for any easy way to get into the burpee.
Wow! You guys are finally using the comments. This is great. Now we gotta get the rest to post here and there. I have to say Jose looked a lot stronger in his last minute.
